Byron Kraemer and Anton Khersonskyi, the founders of Landhouse, have launched it on foundations of solid experience, knowledge and passion for the real estate industry.

Property sales – a real estate brokerage company, selling and renting properties, licensed by the Dubai Land Department, with an ambitious sales team who lead us to be among top 10 brokerage companies in the UAE
Holiday homes – we manage premium properties on short-term basis, giving property owners complete peace of mind, helping them with everything they need, even with our in-house cleaning and maintenance team.
Development consulting – with our in-house team of designers and architects, we bring projects from ideas to life. If a project was not selling well, we will turn it around and make it successful, by checking the architecture, creating better renders and videos, finding low-cost changes that make it more sellable and running a new marketing campaign.
